Career clarity doesn’t start with a plan.
It starts with a pause.
With a breath.
With the guts to say: “I don’t know anymore… but I want to find out.”

That’s the space I’ve always held.
For women in transition.
For professionals who’ve outgrown the role, the label, the ladder, the glass ceiling, the plant pot.
For the rebels who’ve tried to do it all “by the book”, only to discover the book was written by someone else and they would like to write their own book with rules they make themselves.

I built my method, Dare. Do.®, from the ground up, with strategy, with structure, and with soul. After using it for years with clients in trainings. So I am both emotionally-attached and brain-stubborn about it cause it works when you work it!

Before I became a career coach, I lived it all:
 corporate transformation projects
 entrepreneurial pivots and closures
 people development programs that reached 60,000+ humans in various forms
 and over 2,600 individual coaching conversations until December when I stopped counting.
În each one we design a map, since before this word became a buzzword. Each one is co-work, not a monologue as I am not a "teacher by the book". I am rebel, avid learner, just sharing tools. You do you!

 I speak fluent neuroscience, adult development, and business strategy.
But I’ll also ask you: “When was the last time work felt like play?”
This question is part of my vocabulary since 2010 when I seriously considered the issue of lack of play in adults' lives.

My kind of clarity?
No fluffy affirmations. No horoscope. No magic formulas.
Self-awareness. Recharging. Determination. Radical realignment.

I’m not here to tell you who to become.
I’m here to remind you who you already are and build a path that actually fits on a map I help you draw. And then I made a promise to myself, I won't sell you time with me when you don't need me anymore. And I will make sure you don't need me as a career coach, in 5-12 sessions, though you will still have me as a friend. I will still answer your questions without charging, long after we have finished our contract. Because I love what I do, because my work is play and because I CAN! 

That’s why I don’t sell hustle.
I teach meta-competences.
That’s why I don’t do “5 steps to success.”
I offer frameworks that grow with you.
That adapt. That hold water when the storm comes.

And no, I don’t promise magic.
But I do promise this:
Your career can feel like yours again.
With meaning. With movement. With a bit of rebel clarity. And seasoned with salt, pepper and play!
